Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions and Service Policy ("Terms") govern the use of the barma8 website (https://barma8.mom) and its related services ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not continue using the Platform. barma8 has the authority to update these Terms at any time. When updates occur, they will appear on this page and continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.

Age and Location Restrictions

To use the barma8 platform, you must meet the following requirements.

• You must be 21+ years old. Services will not be provided to anyone under the age of 21.
• You must be located in a region where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• Only one account per person is allowed, registered under your own name. You should not place bets under a third party's name.
• Services must be used for personal entertainment only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Account Opening and Registration

When opening an account, you must provide accurate personal information, including your correct name, correct date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information may result in account suspension and funds in the platform being frozen.

Your account login details (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Deposits

You can deposit at barma8 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks for all methods. Once a deposit is verified, it will be credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawals can be requested from a minimum of 20,000 Ks. Processing time is normally between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for your deposit, or a method approved by barma8.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawals are only available after all bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• barma8 will process withdrawals only after the required user verification is complete.

Transaction Fees

barma8 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, fees may be charged by your bank or payment service provider, and those charges are your own responsibility.

Welcome Bonus

barma8 offers a 120% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks on your first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times (15x) the bonus amount.

Examples (exact figures):

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 24,000 Ks → total balance 44,000 Ks → wagering requirement 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks
• Deposit 340,000 Ks → receive bonus 200,000 Ks → total balance 540,000 Ks → wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

General Bonus Terms

• The specific terms for each bonus can be viewed on the relevant bonus promotion page.
• Each account is eligible for a bonus only once; accounts sharing the same IP address, payment method, or personal details will be treated as a single account.
• barma8 reserves the right to reject any bonus claim suspected of violating policy without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

VIP and Cashback Promotions

barma8's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Full details on how to earn cashback can be found in the VIP section on the platform.

Actions Players Must Avoid

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the barma8 platform:

• Conducting financial transactions that could be considered money laundering
• Fraudulently obtaining or manipulating bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Hacking, manipulating software, or using bot tools to exploit the platform
• Deceiving or misleading the platform and other players
• Making offensive or abusive remarks that damage the reputation of players, staff, or barma8
• Using automated tools to operate the platform

If any of the above activities are detected, barma8 may suspend the player's account and freeze any remaining balance without prior warning.

Identity Verification

barma8 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. This may include a National Registration Card (NRC/Passport), proof of date of birth, and proof of address. If a user fails to submit the requested documents, the withdrawal will be affected.

Account Suspension

barma8 reserves the right to suspend a user's account without prior notice if any of the following conditions are met:

• If the prohibitions in Section 5 are violated
• If false personal information is provided
• If the requested KYC documents are not submitted within the specified deadline
• If there is suspicion of involvement in a violation of applicable law

Account Closure (Self-Requested)

If a user wishes to close their own account, they can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or at [email protected]. The policy for handling remaining balances and bonuses that have not met the Wagering Requirement must be discussed with customer support before the closure is processed.

Intellectual Property
